Shipping policy

Order processing depends on the degree of personalisation.

If your order is for products that don't need to be made, it will be processed within a maximum of 5 working days. If it needs to be created, manufactured or personalised, orders are processed within a maximum of 2 weeks. 
Once the order is ready, it will arrive within the next 48/72 hours in mainland Spain. For international shipments, delivery times can range from one to 6 weeks, depending on where the customer is located and how long it takes to clear customs.
